Nine questions the salon is asked most often about HIFU, in its own words.
HIFU can be performed on the face, neck, decolletage, stomach, back, waist, buttocks and thighs.
Out of consideration for hormonal balance, the salon asks that you do not have the treatment during your period.
The salon asks that you do not have the treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding.
There is generally no strong pain, though you may occasionally feel a brief tingling.
It depends on the area. Allow around 20 minutes for the face, around 30 minutes for the stomach, and around 40 minutes for the buttocks or thighs (back and inner side).
It varies with age and the condition of your body, but the effect lasts around one month.
If you use gold thread or dissolving lift threads, please consult your clinic before deciding.
If you have had hyaluronic acid or Botox, HIFU on that area is possible after leaving a gap of one month. HIFU can also be performed after injections if that area is avoided.
In those cases the salon asks that you do not have the treatment.
