1. Step 1

   We check the current condition of your nails

   If you are having gel removed, we remove it carefully with a machine. The salon works on the fill-in method as standard: we leave one layer of base gel in place when rebalancing, so the natural nail is never filed directly and damage is reduced while you keep enjoying your nails.

   • Gel in place
   • Remove, leaving one layer
   • Base layer remaining
   • New gel applied
   • If you have no gel to remove, we check the condition of your nails and go straight on to the treatment

2. Step 2

   Choose your length and shape

   We will ask what length you would like: keep the current length, take it shorter, or tidy up about a month's growth.

   • Round — natural and soft
   • Oval — feminine and refined
   • Square Off — clean and sharp
   • We will also suggest the shape that suits your hands best

3. Step 3

   About the base gel

   We use a Japanese base gel and build a base that works with the fill-in method.

   If the gel feels hot: gel nails produce curing heat as they set. This is not caused by damage to your nail — it is the chemical reaction as the gel hardens, and some people feel it as warmth.

   • Tell us before we start if gel tends to feel hot for you
   • Tell us if your nails are thin
   • Tell us if you are sensitive to curing heat
   • We adjust how we apply and cure the gel to reduce the load as much as possible

1. Step 5

   Choose your top gel

   You can choose the finish.

   • Natural Finish — thin, with a natural result
   • Volume Finish — rounded, with depth and dimension
   • We adjust it to what you would like
